Return & Refund Policy

(Compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018)


No-Reason Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without needing to justify your decision, and at no additional cost to you. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@snapsolveseg.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Defective or Non-Conforming Items (30-Day Right)

If the item you received is defective, does not conform to its advertised specifications, or does not serve the purpose for which it was purchased, you have the right to exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, at no additional cost to you.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at orders@snapsolveseg.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Warranty on Durable Goods

All durable goods are covered by a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. If a defect appears more than twice within the first year, you have the right to request a full replacement or refund at no cost.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within the applicable return window above. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged by nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Products manufactured to custom specifications provided by the customer, where the product conforms to those specifications
  • Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, underwear, etc.)
  • Books, newspapers, periodicals, computer software, and similar items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within a reasonable time. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to post the transaction. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of approval, contact us at hello@snapsolveseg.com.


Your Receipt

Egyptian law requires us to provide you with an invoice for every transaction, including the date, time, price, and our details. You will always receive a receipt with your order — please keep it as it is required for any return or exchange.


Consumer Protection Agency

If you feel your consumer rights have been violated and we are unable to resolve your issue, you may file a complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA), which acts as a mediator between consumers and businesses.
