Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Egyptian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email or message once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, stock issues, or payment verification requirements. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.


Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery is available to home addresses, business addresses, and approved pickup points depending on your location and the courier serving your area.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Cairo & Giza 2–5 business days
Alexandria 2–5 business days
All other governorates 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as weather conditions or courier disruptions.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking or resolving any delivery issues.


Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Orders of 2,000 EGP or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in Egypt — no discount code needed, applied automatically at checkout.

For orders below 2,000 EGP, a shipping fee will apply based on your delivery address and order size. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which requires all costs to be transparently disclosed prior to the transaction.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the courier's website or app. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@snapsolveseg.com.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to receive, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for a limited period. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatched orders.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. Snap Solves is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the item and packaging immediately and contact us at orders@snapsolveseg.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the courier and process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.
